Mahdieh Molaei Tehrani reflects on her personal knowledge management. She plans to share what she has learned in her country after finishing her studies. She will organize and keep the software skills she learned to share with her country when needed. Managing her learning allows her to utilize work and study experiences. She can share the knowledge and skills from her e-learning course, like multimedia software, with her country to help development when she returns. During a project, she networked with a Japanese company who advised and helped her, providing experience to later share.

 From the knowledge that I
have got I will reflect in my
country some day and I do
have plan to go back to my
country after finishing my
study and share my
knowledge with them.

 In this part all the software and
tools that I have learned I will
keep and organize my
knowledge and when it
needed and I will share all my
skill from E-learning course
with my country.

Manage Learning
 It let me to manage whatever I
learned from my study and
work experience. Sometimes it
can be difficult to keep up a
particular routine due to time
pressure. A good way to
ensure you keep going is to
organize your own PKM
process around some external
output; so for example, I know
I need to do some CPD activity
each month which involves
reading a number of news
items on the web in my given
field. It's easy to let that slip.

course in faculty of creative of
Multimedia and all the
software and tools that I
learned I could share when I
go back to my country and
share my knowledge as much
as I learned and can go
through and improve and in a
same time I will help for
developing my country as

 In did have One project about
Installation Art that I tried to
connect to one company in
Japan and got advise from
them and they helped me to
do my project and it was
amazing experienced that I
learned from them about
Installation Art and later I
shared my knowledge with my
lecturers and my colleagues
as well.
